The short version

The swim team at The Pod Aquatics trains year round in a four-lane 25-yard indoor heated pool in Oak Ridge North, Texas. Sport I is a minimum of one 30-minute lesson and one 60-minute practice a week; Sport II is a minimum of one 60-minute lesson and one 90-minute practice a week. Swimmers in both groups may swim up to five days a week at no additional charge.

Train, compete and grow as part of a team.

Swim Team brings swimmers together for structured, coached practices that refine all four strokes, starts, turns and pacing. Swimmers train toward meets and personal bests while building the discipline, confidence and camaraderie that come with being part of a team.

The advanced level of the swim team. A minimum of one 60-minute lesson and one 90-minute practice each week, building the endurance and race craft to compete.

Swim as often as you like

Those are minimums, not limits. Swimmers at both levels may train up to five days per week at no additional charge. In addition to swimming, each session emphasizes teaching respect for authority, others and self; challenging students to broaden their knowledge and understanding; instilling self-discipline by adhering to practice and team rules; and stressing the importance of good sportsmanship.
